We offer direct links and contacts to wholesale suppliers, dropshippers and liquidators. The companies within our wholesale directory have been, and continuously tested for legitimacy and authenticity. We are not a direct wholesaler. SS

Our website contains over 1,200 wholesaler dropshippers and liquidators (Over 1,500,000 wholesale products) specifically categorised into 16 separate categories. We also provide an advanced search engine to help find the supplier you need that much easier. Each company is listed individually so you can determine if they meet your requirements, before even visiting their web site. We disclose information such as contact details (email and phone), their location, their minimum order quantity, their products and much more. 3. Is drop shipping available through your suppliers?
Yes, 400+ of our suppliers offer dropshipping services. You can sell first, then buy later, which means you can advertise and sell your product first (via your web site or an auction site). Once the customer has paid you, you can then purchase the wholesale item from the relevant supplier, who in return will ship the product to your customer. 5. How do you know these suppliers are safe and authentic?
We have a strict policy for adding suppliers to our wholesale directory. They must offer a secure and safe payment method, such as PayPal, Authorize.Net etc, and their customer support must have a good response time. Very few of our suppliers offer alternative payment methods, which may be considered unsafe...however, these companies have been tested and approved 100% safe.

6. If this program so good, why aren't you using it to sell on eBay and on your own websites?

14. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if you fail to earn any money within 14 days, we will refund you, no questions asked. If you wish to request a refund, simply send an email to sales@wholesale-portal.com, enclosing your transaction or receipt number, full name and user name of Wholesale-Portal. Please be sure to read our refund policy.

15. Do your suppliers offer authentic products?
Yes. Our suppliers have been thoroughly researched & tested. Each company to our knowledge offers authentic products. However, we do not guarantee that these companies selling genuine goods as we can never be 100% sure. There are over 1,000,000 products within our directory, which would be very costly and timely to test each one. We recommend directly contacting the relevant company to attain confirmation that they sell genuine products.

16. If a supplier fails to provide my products will you be responsible for it?
No. However, this has yet to happen. We only obtain suppliers that either accepts a secure payment method, or that have been thoroughly tested. If this ever does happen, we will be happy to assist you!

17. Why do you offer a free website?
We offer you a variety of web sites to choose from, as we see an online store to be great asset & expansion to your company. A web site can offer convenience to customers and increase your sales dramatically.

18. You have over 1,500,000 items to sell on eBay. How will I know which one to sell
It's one thing having the products; it's another to know which one to sell. Therefore, if you want to become successful on eBay you need to know "what's hot, and what's not". Therefore we recommend that you download this software!

19. How does shipping and goods return work?
Our wholesale suppliers ship anonymously. They do not state their company name anywhere on the packaging or product. Therefore, your customers will believe the product was sent from you. /if one of your customers requests a refund you can ask that they return the item to your address. Once you receive the item, you can process their refund. However, to save yourself the expense of then having to post the item to the wholesaler, you could simply get the customer to send the return straight to the wholesaler. Save time and money when you can.

20. Do I need to use a specific web browser to view your site?
Yes, currently only Microsoft Explorer users can view our site properly. We hope to make our entire site FireFox compatible by June, 2008.
